FEATURES OF THE E-Z-BURR UNIVERSAL DEBURRING TOOL
- Easy handling on all machines
- No change of direction of rotation required
- Patented quick-change blade system without removing the deburring tool
- Chamfer size and deburring thickness adjustable through height adjustable flex-arm blade
- Adjustment of the cutting circle diameter enables the use in unfavorable conditions (e.g. cross-bore outlet close to the bottom of the bore)
- Cutting edge variants in HSS or HM design
- Standard tools of the metric program are available from Ø 2.38 mm to Ø 50.8 mm
- Standard tools of the inch program are available from Ø 0.0937 inch to Ø 2.00 inch

1. FRONT SIDE DEBURRING When inserting the tool, the spring tension of the (replaceable and adjustable) blade removes the drilling burr on the front side of the hole. |
