No matter which diamond cutting material is used - the advantage is obvious, in their hardness diamond cutting materials are far superior to all other cutting materials such as cutting ceramics, carbide and HSS. They are particularly suitable for the efficient and process-reliable machining of non-ferrous metals.
PCD tools have established themselves in the machining of non-ferrous metals due to their excellent price-performance ratio. They consist of polycrystalline diamond particles sintered under high pressure in a metal matrix.
We use only the highest quality diamond cutting materials and achieve the optimum cutting edge quality through laser processing. The use of lasers also makes it possible to implement even the most difficult cutting edge geometries. For example, complex contours or even positive chip breakers to increase performance in production are possible.
The laser-sharpened PCD cutting edges have a very low edge rounding and thus also very good cutting performances. On the one hand, this increases the surface quality, but also the process reliability.
Due to the lower friction, less heat is also generated,
so that also the 
stability of the tool is increased. In general, diamond cutting materials stand for an extremely long tool life and excellent quality that cannot be achieved with other cutting materials.
